Job Description

The Junior Project Manager within the GDC Transformation Office will help deliver important transformation projects across the Global Delivery Center (GDC) organization. This is an entry-level role designed for professionals looking to develop foundational project management skills. You will help coordinate project activities, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and supporting partners to ensure smooth execution of project workstreams. For this position, you will work a hybrid schedule and report to the Head of Strategic Programs and Projects.

You Will:

  • Help implement projects within the GDC transformation roadmap.
  • Help maintain project plans and deliverables.
  • Track timelines covering daily/weekly progress and follow up on action items.
  • Collaborate with teams including HR, Finance, and Technology.
  • Support scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing notes.
  • Help maintain communication across project team members.
  • Update project trackers, dashboards, and status reports.
  • Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) with guidance from senior team members.
  • Escalate risks or delays to project leads when needed.
  • Help with rollout activities for new programs.
  • Support documentation, user guides, or training coordination.
  • Help track adoption and collect feedback from team members.
  • Follow established PMO processes and templates.
  • Identify simple process improvement opportunities and share suggestions with the team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management or relevant degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, business support, or similar roles.
  • Experience with project management concepts and methodologies (Agile or Waterfall).

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps) is a plus.
