Replay Surfacing is seeking a Job Site Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Must have great communication skills and a strong understanding of the Spanish language.
This is an entry level position, so we are willing to train someone with strong organizational skills and the right attitude.
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of PIP Rubber projects from implementation to completion
  • Allocate assigned resources for projects
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with contractors and clients
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in rubber pour in place or concrete installation an asset.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish spoken language
  • Strong desire to work as a team and as a leader in the field
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to communicate clearly and provide quality customer service
  • Willing to travel up to 80% of the time
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to drive 1/2 ton with trailer and 5 ton truck
  • Able to operate heavy machinery such as a skid steer as needed or willing to learn
Must live within drivable area of Charlotte or be willing to relocate
