Position Overview

At Unified Door & Hardware Group (UDHG), the Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the smooth execution of project operations by coordinating logistics, materials, and communication across teams, vendors, and customers. From tracking purchase orders and vendor acknowledgments to coordinating shipments and resolving jobsite needs, the Project Coordinator helps keep projects on schedule and stakeholders informed. Key Responsibilities

Customer & Project Communication

  • Follows up with customers on submittals, change orders, samples, schedules, and other job-related issues
  • Assists with creation of change orders and internal change orders (ICOโ€™s)

Procurement & Vendor Coordination

  • Assists with the creation of purchase orders and follows release procedures for all material
  • Follows up on vendor purchase orders to ensure delivery aligns with project requirements
  • Obtains and checks vendor purchase order acknowledgments

Logistics & Material Management

  • Assists with creation of packing slips
  • Coordinates with the shipping/receiving department
  • Communicates and coordinates material deliveries to the jobsite

Additional Responsibilities & Miscellaneous

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support Project Managers, Engineers, and corporate objectives 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Past administrative, business, and technical experience a plus

The listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position; actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and cost of living in the assigned market. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
