Job Title: Project Lead - Data and Analytics
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Lead to oversee our data and analytics projects. In this role, you will lead a variety of initiatives aimed at enhancing how our clients use data to drive their business decisions. Your focus will be on managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed successfully and on time. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand their needs, develop strategies, and guide the project to successful delivery.
Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Manage all aspects of data and analytics projects, including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, budget tracking, and risk management to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of data professionals, including developers and analysts, providing direction and support to achieve project goals and foster professional growth.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and challenges, and offering strategic advice on how to leverage data effectively.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work with clients to gather and document their requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their goals and translating these into actionable plans.
  • Solution Oversight: Oversee the development of data solutions, ensuring they meet client objectives and are delivered in an effective and efficient manner.
