Job description

We specialize in delivering high quality, on-time results across a range of industries. Our team is known for its commitment to excellence, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and efficiency.

Flexecution Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Entry-Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Project Coordinator will report to one or more Project Managers and will be responsible for assisting in the execution of multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a strong drive for results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources and information
  • Ensure project deadlines are met
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans, and money spent
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, plans, and reports
  • Work with Project Manager to eliminate blockers
  • Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Communication: Understand and adhere to email and response times (within 2 business hours). Develop a "phone call first" mentality, ensuring persistence in obtaining necessary information and solely relying on text and email.
  • Project Execution: Trainable and coachable, capable of executing projects according to Flexecution's standards and requirements.
  • Remote Work: While primarily a remote position, occasional travel will be required to job sites, client meetings and team meetings.
  • Challenging Environment: Prepare for demanding work environment with late hours, early mornings, overnights, and potential confrontational situations with clients.
  • Equipment: For the first 90 days (trial period), all new team members are expected to utilize their own equipment (phone, laptop, etc)
