We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure and construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate project schedules, and ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools to drive project success and client satisfaction.

About Us:

We are a locally owned custom home builder focused on quality craftsmanship, personalized service, and long-term relationships with our clients. As a small team, we take pride in our hands-on approach and attention to detail throughout the entire building process. We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for excellence and is ready to take ownership of both the final construction stages and the homeowner warranty experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of each home from start to finish.
  • Coordinate and schedule finish trades (paint, trim, flooring, cabinetry, etc.).
  • Perform detailed quality control inspections and generate punch lists.
  • Ensure homes are clean, complete, and ready for client orientations.
  • Communicate regularly with the builder, trades, and clients to ensure expectations are met.
  • Solve problems in the field with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
  • Log, track, and manage warranty requests using our internal system.
  • Schedule and follow up on repairs with trade partners to ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct 30-day and 11-month walkthroughs as needed.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed professionally.
  • Provide basic homeowner education on maintenance and warranty coverage.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience, preferably with finish work.
  • Strong eye for detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
  • Professional and courteous communicator, both with homeowners and trades.
  • Organized and self-directed—able to manage multiple jobs and tasks with minimal oversight.
  • Comfortable using mobile devices and apps for scheduling and documentation.
  • Valid driver’s license

Bonus If You Have:

  • Light carpentry or handyman experience for on-the-spot fixes.
