Job description


An entry level Engineer is being sought to complement the ES engineering support team. The work environment is friendly, collaborative and highly effective. The selected Early Career professional will learn the skills required to become a well-rounded professional by working on a seasoned team.
Key responsibilities will encompass:
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Project managment
  • MS Ofifce-Excel, Visio, and Powerpoint
  • MS Teams, One Drive, and SharePoint
  • Vision Inspection-an automation skill

The selected individual will be based in Hudson, NH and will support NH factories. This Engineer will focus on capacity/flow evaluation, capital equipment procurement, layout optimization and factory utilization.
This is a first shit position on a 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off!

Required Skills and Education
  • Bachelors of science degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering
  • Co-op or internship experience
  • Basic understandng of programming concepts and languages(C++, C#, etc)
  • Experienced in project-based work with strong interaction and communication skills
  • Flexibility to take on a breadth of work assignments

Preferred Skills and Education
  • Six sigma or Lean green belt training
  • Desire to pursue a Masters degree
