Job Description:
You will be the vital link between broken tech and satisfied clients. Reporting to the Production & Repair Coordinator, your daily missions will include:Tech Triage: Assist and support all repair, testing, and level 1 staging functions across our configuration and deployment teams.The Fixer: Perform essential diagnostics (pass/fail), cleaning, and preventative maintenance on a huge variety of mechanical and electronic equipmentfrom printers and scanners to monitors, displays, PCs, servers, and POS systems!The Builder: Master the assembly and disassembly of sophisticated POS hardware, following proprietary Spencer Technologies instructions and customer specs (with guidance from senior techswe won't leave you hanging!).The Detective: Conduct level 1 troubleshooting on equipment that's being staged and processed.The Documentarian: Maintain impeccable transaction records and detailed data entry for all processed work.
