Entry Level Sales & Marketing Assistant

The Catalyst Corporation | Oak Brook, IL

Full-Time | Paid Training | Weekly Pay | W-2 Position | Commission + Bonuses

The Catalyst Corporation is hiring an Entry Level Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in the Oak Brook, IL area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to develop experience in sales, marketing, customer service, and client relations.

In this role, you'll work directly with customers in a face-to-face retail environment, representing client products and services across industries including telecommunications, clean energy, and home services. You'll help customers understand available options, answer questions, explain current promotions, and contribute to customer acquisition and sales goals.

No previous sales or marketing experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and hands-on mentorship to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with customers in a face-to-face retail environment
