Entry Level Production Associate | American Fork, UT


Nexeo Staffing is seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to join a collaborative manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working as part of a team, and learning new skills. Production Associates will work alongside a team of 5-8 employees, including a Room Lead, while gaining experience across multiple workstations and learning to operate a variety of production equipment.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare products for packaging into cans, pouches, and kits.
  • Operate and learn different production machines and equipment.
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production and quality goals.
  • Rotate between workstations and learn new processes.
  • Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
  • Perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, and twisting.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.


Qualifications

  • Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn new processes and equipment.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.
  • Ability to stand and remain active for a 12-hour shift.
  • Able to regularly perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and twisting.
    • Preferred: Previous manufacturing or production experience.


Pay

$18.00-$19.00 per hour

Full Time | Day Shift | Monday-Wednesday | 6:00 AM-6:00 PM
Full Time | Day Shift | Thursday-Saturday | 6:00 AM-6:00 PM (Alternating Sundays)
