Location: Youngstown, Ohio
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour to start (based on experience)


Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated MIG Production Welder to join our team in Youngstown, Ohio. In this role, you will measure, cut, assemble, and weld metal components in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for both entry-level and experienced welders looking to build skills and grow within a stable company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications
  • Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to specifications
  • Perform MIG welding and Flux-Cored (dual shield) welding as required
  • Assemble metal components accurately and efficiently
  • Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality and tolerance standards
  • Operate hand tools, including 4” and 9” grinders for extended periods
  • Prepare work surfaces for safe and effective welding
  • Maintain and clean welding equipment and tools
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free


Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of welding experience
  • Preferred: 6+ months Flux-Cored (Dual Shield) welding experience
  • Ability to read blueprints and job specifications
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Dependable, reliable, and safety-focused
  • Willingness to learn and follow company processes


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
  • Ability to stand, bend, and perform manual labor for extended periods
  • Ability to safely wear required PPE
  • Good vision and hearing for identifying hazards and ensuring safety
