We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as Entry-Level Production Machine Operators. No previous manufacturing experience is required—we provide on-the-job training. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing.

In this role, you will operate production equipment, assist with manufacturing processes, clean and prepare precision parts, and support daily production activities while following established quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery and equipment after completing company-provided training
  • Assist with manufacturing processes following established procedures
  • Clean and prepare small precision parts for production
  • Follow detailed work instructions to ensure product quality and consistency
