Lease Operator I

Full-Time | On-Site | Sailes, LA

Position Summary

The Lease Operator I is responsible for supporting the safe and efficient daily operation of our natural gas system. This is an entry-level position, with training provided in troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and equipment startup.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to assigned locations to gather, record, and report relevant field information โ€” including gauges, fluids, pressures, and production data โ€” in an accurate and consistent manner
  • Inspect locations for leaks, spills, or other potential issues; promptly notify the immediate supervisor of any concerns or significant production loss
  • Complete and process paperwork, inspections, time cards, and expense reports in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Oilfield experience is a plus, but not required
