About the Role:
As a member of the US Direct team, this individual will support the Dyson.com Ecommerce organization across Trading and Affiliates. They will own key onsite and affiliate executions that drive traffic, revenue, and conversion on Dyson.com. This role is responsible for supporting promotional and trading campaigns, optimizing end to end trading and affiliate journeys, and ensuring all initiatives are delivered in support of financial targets.
Business Ownership
  • Leverage Adobe Analytics to optimize affiliate strategy and the dyson.com trading experience, using insights to identify opportunities, inform decisions, and recap performance.
  • Identify and prioritize quarterly testing opportunities across affiliates and dyson.com to drive continual improvement.
  • Monitor inventory levels to inform merchandising decisions and guide affiliate optimizations.
  • Embrace new responsibilities that support the broader purpose of the role, demonstrating initiative and adaptability.
  • Think creatively and proactively to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Anticipate problems, diagnose root causes, and develop actionable solutions.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support business priorities.

Dyson.com Ecommerce Trading for Dyson.com (65%)
  • Own B-Grade (Refurbished) activations, inclusive of promotion and pricing updates and Refurbished page merchandising in collaboration with Manager, Direct Refurbished Sales. Work with Group digital team on new product builds.
  • Own the Dyson.com Site Search experience via Yext, including keyword strategy, creative strategy, and asset delivery. Partner with the Group Digital Delivery team to brief in banners and assets and develop a scalable search process that ensures consumers are served the most relevant products and content. Manage Yext vendor relationship & financial operations.
  • Support Ecommerce Trading Managers with merchandising strategy that delivers strong CVR and hits financial targets. This role will serve as a secondary resource for A-Grade + Spares & Accessories, to support on pricing, merchandising updates, promotional updates and site QA.
  • Leverage Adobe Analytics to inform merchandising optimizations and opportunities.

Affiliates (35%)
  • Partner with the Manager, eCommerce Channels & Affiliates to support channel level ecommerce projections and performance planning for Dyson.com.
  • Support day to day operations of the affiliate channel, helping drive channel growth and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with the affiliate agency to deliver accurate, on time assets that align with Dyson.com's broader business objectives.
  • Own key operational processes for the affiliate business, including financial operations, quarterly agency planning briefs, and timely communication of all pricing, promotional, new product launches, and SKU updates.
  • Ensure accuracy across all creative assets, placements, and analytics tracking to uphold channel integrity and performance.
  • Partner with Direct Sales to understand product and inventory needs, ensuring aligned and seamless affiliate asset delivery.

About You:
  • 2+ years of experience in online merchandising or working on a transactional ecommerce website
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMS platforms; familiarity with promotional content management systems (e.g., Hybris) preferred
  • Experience or strong interest in affiliate marketing management and website performance forecasting
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to assess performance and drive optimization, ideally using Adobe Analytics
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate insights and recommendations
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in both execution and review
  • Aptitude for data analysis and data storytelling, turning insights into actionable improvements
  • Strong project management, organizational, and planning skills
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and personalities
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment with frequently shifting priorities
  • Proven ability to manage time, balance multiple priorities, and deliver projects on schedule or early

Compensation: $97,600 - $122,000 annually + bonus opportunity
