We’re hiring motivated, coachable individuals to join our Mortgage Sales Trainee program. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for people who want to build a long-term career in mortgage sales with structured training, mentorship, and real growth potential.

This role is commonly known as an Inside Account Executive or Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the mortgage industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Learn the fundamentals of mortgage products, terminology, and sales strategy
  • Work with licensed loan officers and senior sales professionals
  • Make outbound and inbound calls to engage potential clients
  • Build relationships and qualify leads
