POSITION SUMMARY

The Entry Level Regeneration Operator will work in a dynamic plant/factory environment performing a variety of operational tasks under close supervision. This entry-level role involves executing predefined regeneration processes, including equipment handling, monitoring system operations, and adhering to strict safety and quality standards. The operator will receive ongoing guidance and support from experienced team members to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe task completion.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
  • Follow all company policies and guidelines related to workplace safety and product quality
  • Understand and operate a complex, manually controlled chemical feed and recovery system
  • Monitor and adjust system parameters to achieve required quality standards
  • Move, empty, and fill vessels as required by the process
  • Perform quality control checks on filled vessels, including leak checks and flow testing using designated test stations, handheld devices, and automated measuring equipment
  • Perform daily maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of equipment
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in logs and systems for inventory control and quality assurance recordkeeping
  • Assist in troubleshooting machine operations and processes to improve efficiency
  • Support resolution of routine manufacturing and maintenance-related issues affecting daily operations
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area by actively participating in housekeeping responsibilities
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be able to read and write in English
  • Must complete all site-specific safety training
  • Ability to clearly communicate with team members regarding batch status and process updates
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions
  • Basic math skills required
  • Prior manufacturing or plant experience preferred
  • Forklift operation experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with plant control systems preferred
