Responsibilities
  • Support the coordination of pipeline relocation activities within the assigned districts
  • Support the negotiations for acquisition of land rights and damage payments
  • Apply experience and knowledge to effectively negotiate the fair and equitable settlement of damage payments to landowners
  • Accurately complete all check forms, statement of payment documents and processes within accounting department to make timely payment to landowners
  • Other duties as assigned
QualificationsMinimum Qualification
  • Entry-level to 3 years of experience with land and right of way
  • Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of negotiation techniques
  • Strong verbal and written skills, interpersonal skills, math aptitude, and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to follow written and oral communications
  • Valid driver's license
