Job Opportunity: Call Center Representative Location: 17320 Katy Freeway, Ste 125, Houston, TX 77094
Full-Time Position Positions on site
Tuesday-Saturday 8am-6pm central time. This is not a remote position.
We have entry level positions and a local commute. No collection experience is necessary! UFLP will provide continued development after training to ensure your success. Come build your resume with us!
Are you a problem-solver who loves talking to people? Are you dependable? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others? We want you to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries or concerns.
  • Managing customer accounts, including processing payments and resolving billing issues.
  • Finding solutions for customer problems and escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Offering excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.

What We're Looking For:
  • Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written.
  • A problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused during busy situations.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus but not required!
  • Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Background and drug test are required. (THC no included)
