  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, and make sound decisions under pressure

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365

Applicants without previous home care agency scheduling experience and WellSky Personal Care experience will not be considered.

 What You'll Do

  • Respond to caregiver call-offs, schedule changes, and urgent staffing needs

  • Match caregivers based on client needs, skills, preferences, and geographic location

  • Build positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers through professional communication

  • Coordinate closely with Recruiting, HR, Client Care, and Operations to ensure caregivers are ready for scheduling

  • Maintain accurate scheduling documentation and records

  • Help improve scheduling efficiency, caregiver utilization, and continuity of care

  • Support agency growth by delivering exceptional customer service every day
