Hybrid: 3 days per week in office

*** BACHELOR'S STRONGLY PREFERRED

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Communication with brokers, internal and external clients.
  • Process margin files and ensure all margin calls are met by EOD.
  • Ensure successful and timely margining process for all Derivatives related Trades.
  • Mitigate daily risk by connecting with clients to request their margin and settlement intentions and monitoring aging margin fails to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Resolution of breaks.

Qualifications:

  • Entry level role
  • Experience in either operations, client relationship management or process improvement
  • Excellent communication skills with peers and stakeholders
  • Must have ability to work under a deadline-driven environment and prioritize accordingly
  • Be able to think like an Owner
  • Proven ability to build credibility and strong relationships
  • Must have strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
