Large-Format Digital Press Operator

About GSP

GSP Companies is a large-format graphics production leader delivering photographic-quality printing, propping, visual displays, fixtures, and sourcing to iconic fashion retailers across the U.S.

What you’ll handle
  • Set up and operate at least two different digital press types to GSP and industry specifications, completing all required daily and weekly documentation.
  • Confirm every work order is accurate; make press-standard adjustments to achieve required quality benchmarks.
  • Hit or exceed print efficiency targets; oversee your print assistant and QCI adherence to procedures.
  • Maintain a strong command of workflow, processes, and SOPs while keeping the press and surrounding area clean and organized.
  • Use a PMS color matching book and a densitometer to evaluate dot characteristics and color space.
  • Cross-train in at least one additional area and support other departments when needed.
What helps you succeed
  • 3–6+ months of Machine Operator experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Machine Setups for Production Runs.
  • Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand English.
  • Availability for weekend shifts and overtime as business needs arise.
