  • Conduct thorough self-inspections to ensure builds meet quality and compliance standards
  • Accurately document work and maintain detailed production records
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues with minimal oversight

Required Qualifications (Experience Matters):

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in cable assembly, electronics manufacturing, or electromechanical builds
  • Strong working knowledge of IPC-620 and/or J-STD standards
  • Proven ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics and blueprints
  • Demonstrated expertise in soldering, crimping, and harness assembly techniques
  • Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment with quality standards
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with limited supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced experience with complex harnessing, chassis wiring, or custom builds
  • Prior experience with potting, molding, or similar processes
  • IPC certification(s)

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to hear well in a production environment for safety and communication

  • Full-time, on-site role in Gilbert, AZ
  • Willingness to work second shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday – Friday) as needed - eligible for shift differential
