We are looking for the right people — people who want to innovate, achieve, grow and lead. We attract and retain the best talent by investing in our employees and empowering them to develop themselves and their careers. Experience the challenges, rewards and opportunity of working for one of the world’s largest providers of products and services to the global energy industry.

Job Summary

The F&A Analytics CoE Analyst supports Finance and Order-to-Cash (OTC) stakeholders by delivering governed, scalable analytics solutions within a centralized Center of Excellence (CoE) model. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining automated data workflows, supporting enterprise reporting assets, and ensuring data integrity across systems including SAP and Salesforce.

The ideal candidate combines strong OTC domain knowledge with hands-on analytics experience and the ability to operate within structured governance, intake, and release processes.

Job Duties
  • Deliver and support scalable analytics solutions using Alteryx and Power BI, partnering with Finance and OTC stakeholders to translate operational needs into governed reporting and analytics assets.
  • Design, build, and maintain Alteryx workflows and automated data pipelines leveraging SAP, OTC, and Salesforce data to enable repeatable, production-ready reporting processes.
  • Manage analytics request intake, prioritization, and issue resolution through established CoE governance and tracking mechanisms.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across source systems, transformation workflows, and published reporting artifacts through validation, reconciliation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Execute recurring analytics operations, including scheduled dataset refreshes, monitoring, performance optimization, and production support.
  • Administer governed access to analytics assets and maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows, data dependencies, access controls, and release artifacts in alignment with CoE standards.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience working in a professional office environment are required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting OTC operations or systems, with strong understanding of end-to-end OTC workflows and controls.
  • Experience leveraging analytics and reporting tools to prepare, transform, and support enterprise data (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) for operational and financial reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Alteryx for data preparation, automation, and workflow development.
  • Experience supporting Power BI reports and datasets in a governed enterprise environment.
  • Understanding of formal analytics lifecycle processes, including request intake and prioritization, user acceptance testing (UAT), and controlled production releases.
  • Experience operating within a centralized analytics or CoE model.

Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.  Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available, including OTC Process Specialist, or Senior OTC Process Specialist.
