The Taber Manufacturing Technician will contribute to the success of PepsiCo Foods Canada through providing leadership in the operations of our manufacturing functions.

Compensation: $23.18 per hour 

*Looking for someone to start in Spring 2026*

Responsibilities

Responsibilities: 

  • Operating machinery (varies from basic to complex) 
  • Conduct sanitation activities daily and support biweekly site sanitation. 
  • Maintain a professional conduct with colleagues. 
  • Must be punctual and attend all scheduled shifts. 
  • Entry level role - opportunity to understand all areas of manufacturing. 

Shift: 3 shifts on, 3 shifts off 12hr (Must be available for day and night shifts)  

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Excellent physical coordination and conditioning. 
  • Good speaking and writing skills. 
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn. 
  • Strong attention to detail. 
  • Reliable and committed to follow safety and food safety protocols. 

Physical demands and working conditions:  

  • Must be able to lift/carry 45-60 lbs. constantly for 12 hours a day. 
  • Must be able to push/pull up to 80 lbs. frequently. 
  • Must be able to perform constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping. 
  • Completing Safety, Quality/Food Safety training and adhering to the Safety and Food Safety policies that is required for your area.
