Green and Spiegel LLP is seeking a Software Developer and IT Support able to hit the ground running and assist with the on-going customizations of our practice management application deployed across our environment. This individual will be expected to participate in upgrades and support on-going customizations and troubleshooting.  This candidate will lead the development of on-going technology projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.  The candidate must have a high level of organization skills, strong customer support skills and an ability to prioritize work. The candidate must be able to work independently and in a team environment in order to be successful in this role. Responsibilities: * Manage the upgrades and ongoing customizations to applications being deployed across the Firm * Liaise with support personnel to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues * Responsible for data security initiatives including data security awareness training * Provide development support on on-going IT projects * Assist with the on-boarding of new employees including technical training * Develop reporting in the practice management application and SSRS/Power BI * Develop queries and stored procedures using the MS-SQL Server Management Studio.
