As a Business Intelligence Analyst on our team, you will build and maintain reporting assets across Power BI, Salesforce and Sigma Computing, with an emphasis on turning data into actionable insights and operational workflows. You’ll partner with internal teams - like Revenue Operations, Client Services, and Data Engineering - to deliver meaningful metrics, answer pressing business questions, and elevate our data culture.

This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Senior Director, Data & Systems.

Take our Values in Action Self-Assessment to see how our values align!

What You'll Do:
  • Build Sigma-Based Analytics and Apps: Support the development of Sigma workbooks and workflow-oriented applications that help teams analyze data, act, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Translate Workflows into Data Solutions: Partner with business teams to understand operational processes, identify friction points, and design reporting or app-based solutions that make work easier, faster, and more consistent.
  • Design User-Friendly Data Experiences: Apply strong attention to detail and a user-first mindset to create clean, intuitive analytics experiences that are easy for non-technical users to understand and adopt.
  • Develop and Maintain Reports: Create, update, and manage dashboards and reports in both Power BI and Salesforce, ensuring operational transparency and supporting data-informed decisions across the firm.
  • Support Ad Hoc Analysis: Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business partners to execute exploratory analysis and address urgent data requests with precision and clarity.
  • Ensure Data Integrity: QA reporting logic and outputs; proactively surface and help resolve data quality concerns in partnership with engineering and operations teams.
  • Document Reporting Assets: Maintain accessible documentation on key dashboards, metrics, and data sources, fostering consistency and shared understanding throughout the business.
  • Advance Data Fluency: Empower end users by translating report logic, metric definitions, and best-use practices into approachable guidance for everyday workflows.
What You Bring:
  • 1–3 years of experience in a data, analytics, or business intelligence role
  • Foundational SQL skills and comfort working with structured data; exposure to Snowflake, dbt, Databricks, BigQuery, or similar modern data tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with Sigma Computing, Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar BI tools; exposure to app-building tools such as Power Apps, Retool, or Airtable is a plus
  • Interest in building beyond traditional dashboards - using data tools to support workflows, decisions, and process improvement
  • Strong attention to detail, curiosity, creativity, and an instinct for making processes more efficient
  • Clear, concise communicator - able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • This role is an in-office, full-time, and exempt position. We are a work from office culture with a lot of flexibility
You’ll Thrive Here If:
  • You’re curious about modern BI tools like Sigma Computing and how analytics can evolve from static dashboards into interactive applications and workflow tools.
  • You enjoy understanding how teams work today, spotting opportunities to reduce manual effort, and translating those ideas into practical data solutions.
  • You care about design, usability, and making data products that people want to use
  • You're excited about AI tools and exploring how they can enhance data workflows and decision-making
Compensation:
  • Pay: $81,000 – $120,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
