About the Role

The Senior Power Platform Developer will design, develop, and support scalable Microsoft Power Platform solutions that improve business processes and operational workflows. You'll translate stakeholder requirements into user-friendly applications, automated workflows, database solutions, and actionable reporting.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to build new solutions, enhance existing applications, and support integrations across Power Platform, Azure SQL, and other enterprise systems. This role requires strong technical judgment, independent delivery, and experience working within the client's environment.

What You'll Do
  • Design, develop, and maintain Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps.
  • Build and enhance Power Automate workflows for process automation and system integrations.
  • Develop and optimize Azure SQL objects, including stored procedures, views, functions, and queries.
  • Integrate Power Platform applications with Azure SQL and other enterprise systems.
  • Create and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable business insights.
  • Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, enhance, and support existing Power Platform applications and workflows.
  • Apply appropriate application lifecycle management, security, and governance practices.
  • Deliver accurate, high-quality solutions within established timelines.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Previous experience supporting this client's environment.
  • Extensive hands-on experience developing Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps.
  • Strong Power Automate development and workflow automation experience.
  • Advanced SQL programming skills, including stored procedures, views, functions, query development, and performance optimization.
  • Strong experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure SQL and other enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform application lifecycle management, security, and governance.
  • Strong problem-solving, requirements-gathering, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to independently manage deliverables and complete work according to established schedules.

Compensation

At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.

For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated compensation range is $120,000 to $130,000 USD annually. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final compensation and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate's qualifications.

Location and Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid position in the Puget Sound, Washington area.

Employees are expected to work onsite three days per week and must be available for a full-time, Monday-through-Friday schedule.
