What Youโ€™ll Do

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support safe, efficient, and data-driven operations through analytics, reporting, and automation support.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Mode and Power BI.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify operational insights and solve business problems.
  • Serve as the first responder for automation equipment downtime and escalate issues as needed.
  • Partner with stakeholders and data engineers to improve reporting, KPIs, and data assets.
  • Troubleshoot reporting, data, and automation issues to improve operational reliability.
  • Maintain forecasting files, SOP documentation, and operational reporting processes.

Youโ€™ll Also Work On

  • Supporting warehouse automation and fulfillment operations.
  • Providing ad hoc SQL analysis and operational insights.
  • Developing KPIs and analytical models for operations and logistics performance.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with operations, analytics, engineering, and leadership teams.
  • Supporting carrier RFP processes and operational improvement initiatives.

Base Salary:

$80,000 - $90,000/yr. This range reflects the good-faith hiring base salary range for this position. however, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, experience, and education/training.

What You Need

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree Industrial Engineering (preferred) and 2+ years of experience in Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, Statistics, or Process Engineering
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Indirect procurement experience a plus
  • Experience with BI tools such as Excel, Python, Tableau, Looker, Mode, or Power BI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25-40% as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Snowflake and dbt.
  • Experience supporting e-commerce, fulfillment, or warehouse operations.
  • Hands-on mindset with comfort working in warehouse and production environments
