The Vehicle Special Order (VSO) Business Analyst supports fleet-only, in-plant vehicle solutions by managing limited vehicle options and paint configurations that are not available in the RPO order guide. This role helps drive vehicle sales growth by delivering customized solutions that meet unique customer requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with a variety of data and proven ability to synthesize insights and drive decisions and actions
  • Experience building relationships and working cross-functionally within a large, matrixed environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including governing project teams, encouraging teamwork, influencing stakeholders, and presenting results to senior management
  • Polished verbal communication / presentation skills and structured writing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analysis tools is a plus

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900., This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealer/customer support for option/paint details and production planning
  • Respond to Equipment and Paint Inquiries
  • Assembly Plant & Engineering Interface (including paint dept/paint schedule planning)
  • VSO option/paint development and trouble shooting
  • Scheduling interface and independent work. RTOM updates, SEA updates.
  • Order Bank Maintenance (VSO spec changes/cancellations/order status)
  • Major Account Production Schedule
  • Special Paint Minimum Overrides
  • VSO Order Guide maintenance
  • VSO Web Systems/Evso
  • Trailer Interface and Codification Edits
  • VSO Opt Development (Equip & Paint)
  • MOCM/PDL Interface
  • IT interface for VSO related systems/point of contact/trouble shooting
  • PEPSE Generation (sales side)
  • Participate in Customer Pilot Reviews with occasional travel, anticipated 3 - 4 times a year
