Entry Level - Skilled Millwright/Welder – Lead Industrial Mechanical and HVAC InstallationsJob Overview

  • Salary/Pay Rate: $25 to $38+ per hour (Based on experience) plus Profit Sharing.

  • Open to accepting candidates of all skill levels- even those right out of trade school! We will train the right candidates!

  • Location: Columbus, OH (Travel Required).

  • Project Scope: Industrial Mechanical and HVAC.

  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.

The Opportunity

You will join a premier industrial team, executing complex mechanical installations and precision welding projects that keep essential industries running. This role offers the stability of a 50+year family-owned legacy combined with modern technical training and clear paths for professional advancement. You will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for safety and diverse technical expertise across various industrial environments.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Execute precise welding and mechanical assembly tasks to ensure the structural integrity of industrial systems.
