Daily Tasks and Responsibilities

  1. Direct Support of Client Success Representatives
  2. Quote, Book, Dispatch, Track and manage shipments utilizing FREIGHTCompass technology
  3. Ensure shipments are picked-up and delivered as expected, communicate effectively when issues arise
  4. Respond quickly and effectively to customer requests and inquiries
  5. Work with other FREIGHTCompass departments to meet customer expectations
  6. Perform other duties as necessary
  7. Always Hustle. Never Settle.


Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  2. Ability to fully advocate for client needs while maintaining positive relationships with other FREIGHTCompass departments
  3. Ability to work with a team, while also delivering independent results
  4. Ability to collaborate with others
  5. Analytical ability in problem solving and commitment to excellence in customer service
  6. Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time effectively in a high stress environment
  7. Excellent systems knowledge: MS Office
