Assist with governance, reporting, and coordination for A&F priorities, including Hoshin planning (Toyota’s strategy deployment process), team member capability development, financial systems and technology landscape activities, key performance indicator (KPI) initiatives, and other strategic programs.

Support continuous improvement efforts through process documentation, meeting facilitation, issue tracking, and coordination of improvement activities.

Coordinate recurring operational activities such as leadership communications, budget and forecast support, onboarding activities, team events, intern program activities, and other departmental priorities.

Collaborate with stakeholders across Accounting & Finance, information technology, and other business functions to align priorities, surface and help resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.

The role coordinates and enables the work while partnering with business and technology owners who remain accountable for their decisions and deliverables.

What you bring
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent work experience.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to create clear presentations, communications, reports, meeting materials, and executive-ready content.
  • Experience supporting projects, business operations, process improvement, governance, PMO, or transformation activities.
