JOB TITLE: Entry Level Residential Plumber

DEPARTMENT: Residential Service

HOURS: First call is 7AM

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Entry Level Service Plumber is responsible for accurately providing maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostic and repair on various plumbing systems according to company standards and public safety codes while providing the customer with the highest quality experience. Advancement opportunities based on job performance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet with customers, evaluate needs and make recommendations
  • Services, repairs and installs plumbing equipment including but not limited to sinks, toilets, water heaters, sump pumps and boilers
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance as needed to ensure ongoing functioning of plumbing systems
  • Comply with all applicable public safety codes, standards, policies and procedures, including safety practices and maintenance of a clean work area
  • Perform other duties as assigned to the role

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record
  • Friendly demeanor and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to drive to various job sites throughout Wisconsin
  • Positive and professional attitude
