Job Description

We are hiring entry-level helpers and experienced spa service technicians to join our growing team. This position involves servicing, repairing, and delivering hot tubs and spas at residential locations. If you are mechanically inclined, dependable, and willing to learn, we are willing to train. Experienced technicians are encouraged to apply.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with and/or perform repairs on spa pumps, heaters, circuit boards, controllers, and related components
  • Diagnose and fix plumbing leaks and mechanical issues (experience-based)
  • Deliver and assist with placement of hot tubs when scheduled deliveries occur
  • Load, unload, and safely move heavy equipment
  • Assist senior technicians on service calls (entry-level)
  • Perform independent service calls (experienced techs)
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service


Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds regularly
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a drug test
  • Comfortable working with tools and learning mechanical systems
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team


Experience Levels

  • Entry-Level Helpers: No spa experience required. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn are essential. Training provided.
  • Experienced Technicians: Prior spa, pool, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical repair experience preferred.
