This position is based on commission compensation. But it's not purely 100% commission. We offer training allowances, bonuses, expense support, licensing incentives, and multiple compensation programs to help new agents get started successfully. We can go over all the details in the interviews.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Consider clients' life stage, professional circumstances, and changing financial needs when developing tailored financial plans to suit their needs
โ€ข Be a coachable, organized team member interested in pursuing training development and educational opportunities
โ€ข Determine cash flow, income, financial status, financial goals, monetary assets, and all other financial situations related to wealth management to help clients define and achieve their financial objectives
โ€ข Look for, identify, and secure new clients to serve as a trusted advisor for crucial financial decisions
โ€ข Make strategic product, plan, and investment recommendations and financial advice to help clients reach their financial goals
Qualifications
โ€ข Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other tools strongly preferred
โ€ข Baseline knowledge about financial industry concepts, financial products, and the role of a financial advisor is desired
โ€ข Valid FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 preferred but not required
โ€ข A Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or an alternative related analytical field is required
โ€ข Stellar communication and math skills complemented by a proven track record of building strong client relationships with existing and prospective customers
