The Warehouse Coordinator is primarily responsible for working with the Warehouse teams in maintaining the general appearance of the warehouse and demonstration areas and assisting with shipping and logistic duties. There may be additional general maintenance required in the office areas.

Duties and responsibilities:

Responsible for the shipping, receiving and storage of parts and equipment. Perform duties in an organized and orderly manner. Some heavy lifting is required. Knowledge of major shipping apps or software is a plus. Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Processing orders (picking, packing and shipping) timely
  • Ensuring goods are stored appropriately
  • Receiving goods into inventory with accuracy (quantity and price)
  • Inspect goods for defects and damages, and reporting issues to QC.
  • Track shipments
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks and containers
  • Participate in global logistics
  • Operate forklift as required.
  • Maintain clean and organized storage and work areas.
  • Ensure that all trash is kept clean and tidy in the warehouse area on a daily basis.

Working conditions:

The job will be primarily in a warehouse environment which can, at times be cold or hot depending on season.

The position will require availability to be part of an "on-call" rotation which will require the candidate to live within a 30 mile radius of Ball Ground, GA.

Physical requirements:

This position will require heavy lifting up 60 pounds without assistance and mostly standing conditions. Will need to bend at the waist and knees comfortably.
