Before we get into the details, here's the most important thing to know!

We know the job title says "Photographer," but the truth is, we're not photographers first. We're customer service reps who happen to hold a camera :)

This role is about how you show up for people. If you're the type of person who can walk into a home, connect easily, make someone feel comfortable, and represent a brand well, you're already ahead of most applicants.

We can absolutely teach you the photography side. In fact, we often prefer candidates with no prior photography experience, because it lets us train from scratch with consistency. If you do have experience, you'll need to be fully open to doing things our way. What we can't teach is warmth, professionalism, and great people skills, and that's what matters most here.

About the Role

We work with some of the top real estate agents in Lake Ariel / Scranton area, and what keeps them coming back isn't just the quality of our media. It's how we treat them. We show up on time, communicate clearly, make their clients feel at ease, and deliver a smooth experience every time. Our photographers are a true extension of our clients' brands, and that's a responsibility we take seriously.

A heads up on what this job actually looks like day to day: it's fast-paced, you'll work with a wide range of personalities, and there will be constructive feedback regularly. The people who thrive here lean into that rather than away from it. If that sounds like your environment, keep reading.
