Job Summary

We are looking for a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative in Primary Care (Specialty and/or Entry Level). This role promotes innovative and clinically proven pharmaceutical products, supports physicians and patients, builds lasting relationships with healthcare providers, and drives sales growth across assigned brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountability, positive attitude, resilience, curiosity, fearlessness, creativity, drive and confidence
  • Demonstrate self‑motivation by functioning independently with initiative, entrepreneurship and autonomy while achieving short and long‑term goals
  • Quickly gain understanding of behavioral health/psychiatric disease states, products, market dynamics and practice settings
  • Understand product knowledge, clinical studies, protocols and guidelines; use that knowledge to deliver information in a sales environment
  • Develop and execute territory business plans for assigned brands while achieving consistent sales growth
  • Promote products ethically and in compliance with the company’s sales process and approved marketing strategy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across multiple settings
Required Experience and Skills
  • Sales experience preferred; sales ability is essential
  • Ability to understand and communicate highly scientific and technical medical information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for excellence and willingness to embrace competition
  • Demonstrated success in persuasion, influence, and negotiation
  • Documented leadership ability
  • Effective administrative and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
