Job Overview

We are hiring motivated individuals for our entry-level Initial Service Technician position. No prior pest control experience is required. We provide complete paid training and cover all costs for the required state pest control certification exam. As an Initial Service Technician, you

will perform initial pest control treatments for new customers, deliver high-quality service, and build strong customer relationships. This role offers significant growth potential with clear paths to advance into senior roles, specialized positions, or leadership as our company

continues to expand.

Schedule and Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a 6-day work week, Monday-Saturday. Shifts typically start around 11:00 AM and continue until all scheduled stops are completed, typically being an 8-12 hour work day. You will work in a variety of residential and commercial settings, both indoors and outdoors, and in all weather conditions. A company vehicle and fuel card for work and your commute are a great perk of the job!

Compensation

Base pay ranges from $3,000 to $4,500 per month before bonuses, depending on performance and production. Additional earning opportunities are available through performance-based incentives.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Clear motor vehicle and background
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to obtain required state pest control certification (full training and exam fees provided by Urbanex).
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the role safely.
