Position Overview:

Seeking a highly motivated entry level attorney (0–2 years experience) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law school graduate or newly admitted attorney to gain hands on litigation experience and develop practical skills across multiple practice areas. No prior experience is required; training and mentorship will be provided.

About the Firm:

Busy and growing personal injury firm based in Braintree, MA, representing clients in workers’ compensation, Social Security Disability (SSDI), and civil litigation matters throughout Massachusetts state courts. The practice is fast paced, client focused, and driven by strong advocacy and efficient case management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of workers’ compensation and SSDI matters under supervision.
  • Assist with civil litigation cases in Massachusetts state courts.
  • Conduct client intakes and maintain ongoing client communication.
  • Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and correspondence
  • Attend administrative hearings, depositions, and court appearances.
  • Review medical records and summarize case facts.
  • Collaborate with support staff to move cases efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and client communication abilities
  • Willingness to learn and handle a high volume caseload
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Interest in plaintiff side litigation or public service oriented legal work
  • Exposure to Workers’ Compensation, SSDI, or Personal Injury Law
