Legal Assistant
Personal Injury Department | Atlanta, GA | Full-Time, In-Office
 
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our Personal Injury team in Atlanta. This is a great entry point into the legal field for someone who is organized, driven, and excited to grow within the industry. You'll work closely with our Paralegal to keep client cases moving efficiently from intake through the pre-litigation stage.
 
What You'll Do
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing professional and compassionate communication
  • Open new claims and set up case files
  • Request and track medical records
  • Assist in coordinating clients' medical treatment
  • Follow up with clients and providers to deliver timely case updates
  • Maintain file upkeep and organization
  • Handle data entry and case management system updates
  • Provide overall administrative support to the Pre-Suit Paralegal
  • Other duties as assigned
