We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing personal injury settlements, ensuring all documents are accurate, compliant, and ready for disbursement alongside printing and distributing checks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of personal injury laws. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of settlement documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage and coordinate the settlement process, ensuring timely disbursement.
  • Communicate effectively with attorneys, negotiators, and team liaisons to resolve issues and provide updates.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all settlement cases.
  • Ensure settlements comply with health insurance claims and related regulations.
  • Finalize settlement documents for client and provider disbursements.

Minimum Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of personal injury structured settlements required.
  • Proven experience in settlement disbursement processes.
