Job description

Job Title: CAM Field Specialist

Location: Wellington, CO 80549

Duration: 12 Months (possible extension)
Pay Rate: $26.00 - $30.00/hour (depending on experience)
Per Diem: $30/day
Company Vehicle: Provided
Schedule:

Rotation

  • 21 Days On / 7 Days Off

On-Call Requirements

  • Available 24/7 while on rotation
  • Calls may occur at any time, including:
    • Early mornings
    • Nights
    • Weekends
    • Holidays

Position Overview

The CAM Field Specialist is responsible for delivering safe, accurate, and timely services to customers at well sites, rigs, and field locations. This role requires strong reliability, adaptability, and a commitment to safety while supporting oilfield operations and customer service activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, accurate, and on-time product and service delivery.
  • Participate in training programs and competency development events.
  • Perform equipment rig-up and rig-down operations.
  • Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations at well sites, job locations, and plants.
  • Conduct job risk analyses and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Engage with customers and promote company products and services.
  • Mentor and assist team members as needed.
  • Maintain strong communication and availability while on rotation.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with the following backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply:

  • Farm and ranch work
  • Outdoor labor positions
  • Casing services experience
  • Well services experience
  • Positions requiring on-call availability

Note: Prior oil and gas experience is helpful but not required.

All equipment and operational training will be provided by Client, including:

  • Equipment and safety training
  • NEST Training (local availability dependent)
  • MVT Training in Kellyville, Oklahoma
