$5000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Evaluates, plans, directs and administers medically prescribed physical therapy programs in the hospital to restore function and prevent disability following disease or injury, or loss of body part. Assists patient to reach his/her maximum performance and assume a place in society while learning to live within the limits of his/her capabilities.

Required Qualifications
  • Coursework/Training - Graduate of the American Physical Therapy Association training program.
  • Coursework/Training - Foreign trained applicants must complete successful entry level educational equivalency review.
  • California Physical Therapist License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in acute care, skilled nursing facility, outpatient, or sub-acute care settings.
