Job description

We are actively hiring for the position of Warehouse Packer for our plant in Saddle Brook, NJ

Shift: 3rd Shift

Pay Range: $17 ($2 differential for 3rd shift)

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare boxes of different sizes for the day’s workload.
  • Inspect products for quality, checking for color or alignment issues.
  • Count and confirm that each order has the correct quantity.
  • Seal boxes properly and move them to the shipping area.
  • Keep work areas safe, organized, and in good working order.
  • Work overtime as needed based on production demand.
  • Be a team player, rotating across stations, supporting coworkers, and learning new skills.


What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to use small hand tools.
  • Good communication skills (English reading/writing/speaking).
  • Reliable, safety-minded, and eager to grow with us.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties.
