Job description

We're hiring hands-on team members to join our build shop at Club Champion. This is a great entry-level opportunity to learn a specialized trade, work with premium equipment from the industry's top brands, and grow into advanced roles like Master Builder.

Golf experience is a plus, but no experience required--we'll train you.
 

What You'll Do

  • Sand and finish club components (precision detail work)
  • Adjust/Bend clubs using specialized tools to meet exact specs (loft & lie)
  • Clean, polish, and prepare clubs for shipment
  • Assist with warehouse operations (picking, packing, shipping, receiving)

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working with your hands (tools, assembly, building)
  • Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality work
  • Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Warehouse, mechanical, or production experience is a plus--but not required

The hourly rate for this role is $17.00 per hour. This is the lowest to highest hourly rate we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
