Entry Level Mechanic Technician Must Haves

  • We're hiring Entry Level Candidates; We will train!
  • Valid driver's license

Entry Level Mechanic Technician Nice to Haves

  • Mechanical experience (diesel, automotive, AG, or military)
  • CDL preferred but not required

Decker Schedule Options:
  • 1st Shift: 
    • Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm OR
    • 4-day workweek options available 7:00am-5:30pm
  • 2nd Shift:
    • Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm
    • +$3/hr shift differential!


Entry Level Mechanic Technician Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair Decker's private fleet of trucks & trailers
  • Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs
  • Complete work orders and documentation
  • Work with a team focused on quality and uptime.
  • Other duties as assigned
