Job Title: Field Marketer / Site Supervisor (Entry Level)Job Description

This entry-level Field Marketer / Site Supervisor role involves traveling with a field team to engage directly with potential customers, primarily through door-to-door outreach. You will focus on booking qualified appointments, representing the company in a professional manner, and supporting onsite activities as you learn the fundamentals of the business. The position offers structured onsite training, no prior experience requirements, and a clear career path toward an estimator role.

Responsibilities
  • Travel with the field team to assigned neighborhoods and locations to conduct door-to-door outreach.
  • Initiate conversations with potential customers at their homes and clearly explain the company’s services and value.
  • Book appointments with interested prospects, ensuring accurate collection and documentation of customer information.
  • Follow up on appointment details to help ensure scheduled visits occur as planned.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when speaking with the public, even when receiving frequent refusals or objections.
  • Represent the company’s brand with professionalism, courtesy, and respect in all customer interactions.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors regarding daily activities, appointments booked, and any issues encountered in the field.
  • Support onsite activities as needed, learning the basics of site supervision and how appointments transition into service opportunities.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines while traveling and working in the field, including awareness of surroundings and proper conduct at customer locations.
  • Participate in onsite training and coaching sessions to continuously improve customer engagement, communication, and appointment-setting skills.
