Minimum Requirements
- Entry-level degree in Physical Therapy required: Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapist license required prior to assignment start.
- Minimum 1 year of home health experience with a Medicare-certified facility is required by client.
- Experience with HCHB electronic medical record is required.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Productivity expectation: approximately 30 points per week as specified by client (preferred).
- Preferred: previous travel PT experience and familiarity with Medicare home health documentation and billing practices.
