Minimum Requirements

• Entry-level degree in Physical Therapy required: Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapist license required prior to assignment start.
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience with a Medicare-certified facility is required by client.
• Experience with HCHB electronic medical record is required.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Productivity expectation: approximately 30 points per week as specified by client (preferred).
• Preferred: previous travel PT experience and familiarity with Medicare home health documentation and billing practices.

• Shift Details: Days, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
• Schedule: Typical schedule listed as M-F 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with 40 guaranteed hours per week

• May require following client policies for territory assignment; on-call or weekend requirements listed as TBD by client.
