In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
  • Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives
  • Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables
  • Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
  • Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
  • Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective

Required Skill and Experience
  • Experience as an Oracle Fusion Solution Architect.
  • Experience with Financials Cloud (GL, AP & AR).
  • Experience with at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations.
  • Experience in global rollouts and multi-country deployments.
  • Experience in Oracle Apps PL/SQL.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules:
  • ERP (Financials)
  • SCM
  • HCM / PPM / EPM (as applicable)
  • Experience in below technical skills:
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, middleware
  • Data migration tools (FBDI, HDL)
  • Reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)
  • Cloud, security, and architecture frameworks (TOGAF preferred)
  • Experience with Enterprise architecture design and solution blueprinting.
  • Experience in integration and data architecture strategy.
  • Experience with security, compliance, and performance design.
Preferred Skill and Experience
  • Experience with Order Management Cloud and Inventory Management Cloud.
  • An ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.
  • Experience managing team size of 2-3 would be a plus.
  • Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
Additional Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
