Job description

Do you have experience working in a manufacturing environment and would like to start your career as a machine operator? An aerospace company located in Goodyear is looking to bring on entry level machine operators to their growing team. 
This company runs industrial machinery that manufactures airplane windows. 
Industrial Machine Operator Job Duties: 
  • Work daily with math and measuring tools
  • Handle materials and pack up finished product
  • Perform quality inspections on finished products
  • Utilize machinery to manufacture and move product
Pay: 1st shift $18 per hour, 2nd shift $18.75 per hour. $1 increase when hired on.
Schedule: 1st shift 2,2,3,3 rotating schedule 6am – 6pm
                       2nd shift 2,2,3,3 rotating schedule 6pm – 6am 
Training schedule: Monday – Friday 6am – 2:30pm – roughly 2 weeks of training.
Industrial Machine Operator Job Requirements: 
  • 1-3 years of manufacturing experience
  • General math and measuring experience
  • Must be able to read and write in English
  • Attention to detail
  • Open to working multiple departments
